HashKey Chain Mainnet launched to build compliant and innovative on-chain financial infrastructure.

HashKey Chain Mainnet officially launched

On December 18th, a new public chain HashKey Chain announced that its Mainnet is officially online. This important milestone marks a key progress in the project’s efforts to build a compliant and innovation-friendly on-chain financial infrastructure, while also expanding its service scope beyond traditional Layer 2 solutions.

HashKey Chain is built on OP-Stack technology, aimed at improving transaction speed and reducing costs, providing users with a more efficient and convenient trading experience. OP Stack is an open-source development framework consisting of multiple software components for creating interoperable second-layer blockchain networks. It simplifies the building process of second-layer blockchains, allowing developers to customize the network according to their needs, thus connecting to Ethereum and sharing its security and resources.

During the testnet period that opened on November 11, HashKey Chain achieved remarkable results: over 24.72 million transactions completed, more than 860,000 wallet addresses registered, an average block time of 2 seconds, and gas fees as low as 0.1 Gwei. In addition, 50 projects were successfully deployed, with 300,000 community members actively participating.

As a developer-friendly second-layer public chain, HashKey Chain supports the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), enabling developers to easily migrate Ethereum-based smart contracts and decentralized applications. This compatibility significantly reduces development difficulty and enhances the interoperability of the ecosystem. Through Rollup technology, HashKey Chain expands the network capacity of the blockchain, providing users with a smoother experience while opening up broader application scenarios for developers. In a laboratory environment, its testnet's latest transaction volume can reach 400 TPS, significantly reducing transaction fees and increasing transaction throughput.

After the launch of the Mainnet, the HashKey Chain ecosystem will focus on areas such as BTCFi, PayFi, tokenization of physical assets (RWA), and stablecoins, aiming to build financial infrastructure that connects Web2 and Web3, as well as comprehensive Web3 solutions. This not only reflects HashKey Chain's unique competitive advantages but also demonstrates its mission and determination as an industry pioneer.

HSK is the native token of the HashKey Chain ecosystem, which started trading on multiple mainstream exchanges on November 26. HSK can be used for transaction fee discounts, priority purchasing rights, and node validation rewards within the ecosystem. Holders will also have the right to participate in on-chain governance and decision-making.

The total supply of HSK is 1 billion coins, of which 65% is used to support medium to long-term ecological construction, 30% is allocated to the team, and 5% is set aside as a reserve fund. During the initial token generation phase, the circulation is set at 11%, which is 110 million coins. The remaining portion in the ecological pool will be released linearly over 48 months. The remaining tokens will be distributed to community supporters and builders through ecological airdrops, developer funding programs, liquidity incentives, etc., to ensure the long-term sustainable development of the ecosystem.

The first phase of the Atlas Grant prize pool is $10 million worth of HSK tokens, and selected project teams will receive non-dilutive funding support, technical guidance, collaboration opportunities, and the chance to participate in various events.
