BSN Development Alliance Announces New Member Joining and Personnel Changes

Recently, the Blockchain Service Network Development Alliance (provisional) announced the latest personnel appointment changes and the fifth batch of new member units. Notably, the Hainan International Cultural and Art Trading Center has been appointed as a member of the BSN-DDC Professional Committee. In addition, 12 institutions including Guoxin Data Research Institute, Gansu Province Computing Center, Baiwang Cloud, and Du Xiaoman Financial have also joined the alliance.

The Blockchain Service Network Development Alliance is a cooperative organization voluntarily formed by multiple institutions, dedicated to promoting the development of the Blockchain Service Network. The main work of the alliance includes technical research, standard formulation, and product innovation. The founding members of the alliance include the National Information Center, China Mobile, China UnionPay, and Beijing Hongzao Technology. The goal of the alliance is to integrate the resources and capabilities of member units in areas such as technological research and development, cloud resources, financial products, media promotion, and BSN-DDC, to form a mechanism for collaborative development, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the service network, and gradually establishing a low-cost, comprehensive technology, and interconnected global blockchain infrastructure network.

The Hainan International Cultural and Art Trading Center is a spot trading venue approved by the Hainan provincial government, possessing qualifications for both online and offline art trading, and is currently the only international cultural and art trading platform. The center has collaborated with multiple institutions to develop a digital art trading circulation system called "Datang Chain." This system aims to provide digital economic infrastructure services such as certification, registration, and traceability for cultural and art products, while also offering traceability and property registration functions for physical art products and digital art products, promoting the confirmation, authenticity, pricing, assurance, and order of artworks (including digital artworks).

As one of the first platforms selected for the BSN-DDC infrastructure network, the Hainan International Cultural and Art Trading Center will provide users and developers with the generation and management services of DDC (Decentralized Digital Certificates). Leveraging the business network of the Silk Road International Chamber of Commerce across 82 countries in the "Belt and Road" initiative, Datang Chain and the DDC network will provide the necessary infrastructure for the international digital art trading to take place globally, while also offering professional service support for the trade of cultural and artistic products among the countries along the Silk Road.

This series of measures will not only promote the application of Blockchain technology in the field of culture and art but will also provide new possibilities and opportunities for international cultural exchange and art trade. As more institutions join the Blockchain Service Network development alliance, we can expect to see more innovative Blockchain applications gradually landing and developing in various fields.
