Additionally, the proposal plans to expand the buyback locations to over-the-counter buybacks. Through over-the-counter buybacks, the dYdX treasury can help facilitate cash flow management for the dYdX DAO, and it will also help save Transaction Cost. The proposal will close on April 14.
