Trading logic + analysis
In the 4H trend, the price pullback touched the support near fibo 0.5, and there is a key support at fibo 0.618 (strong support) below the price. This position is also at the previous high point, forming a conversion from previous high point pressure to support, creating resonance at the support level. In addition, the short-term price pullback also formed a technical correction with a large deviation from the previous EMA moving average. Given the prospects of Cryptocurrency and the speculation of related concepts, it is suitable for accumulation at a low position.
The layout point mainly refers to fibo0.5+0.618+EMA moving average support.
Please note:
Spot - ⚠ Don't worry too much about the entry price for spot trading. You can buy at the market price near the strategy price to prevent missing out. The proportion of building a position in batches can be considered as 20% - 30% - 50%.
Contract - ⚠️ Buy near 0.000023 (fibo0.5) as a reference, with a short-term target of 5-8 points. The main consideration will be the risk-reward ratio, i.e., the recommended stop loss standard corresponding to the profit of 5-8 points is around 3-4 points. As it is short-term + contract, the stop loss should not be too large.
Prioritize cost-effectiveness, this position is relatively stable
⚠⚠ For conservative traders, it is recommended to refer to the key support level of fibo0.618 before repositioning. Similarly, Fibonacci is used as a reference, but different levels are applicable to different types of traders.
⚠⚠Regarding the layout ideas of contracts and Spot, personally, I tend to prefer the Spot layout, mainly in terms of getting on board price + risk, which has more advantages compared to contracts, with higher fault tolerance.
⚠⚠⚠⚠
Due to the different types of operations, cycles, and risk tolerance of different traders, the profit expectations are different. Different trading ideas and positions need to be based on their own situation. Avoid using contracts as Spot, and using Spot thinking for contracts is reversed, and the relevant strategies meet different types of traders.
Recently, my focus on personal trading is mainly on buying Spot at low points.
