On April 20, the cryptocurrency market witnessed a historic moment: Bitcoin completed its fourth block reward halving, and the highly anticipated Bitcoin-native token issuance protocol Runes officially launched, advancing the Bitcoin ecosystem significantly. On the financial front, Hong Kong also launched Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs.
However, in April, the overall crypto market was in a correction phase, with some regulatory events occurring, such as the CZ trial, a certain DEX receiving a Wells notice, and a certain wallet being targeted by the SEC. At the same time, influenced by geopolitical factors and the Federal Reserve's monetary policy, the macro financial market also experienced significant corrections.
Although the market performance in April was mixed, the overall bullish trend has not reversed. We can optimistically look forward to the continuation of the future bull market and the emergence of new narratives.
