Abstract generation in progress

On Thursday, the ZKsync team announced via X that it has introduced SOLX, a powerful new Solidity-to-EVM compiler. Built on LLVM, solx focuses on improving runtime gas efficiency while reducing the need for manual workarounds.

While solx is currently in pre-alpha, it is already usable as a drop-in solc replacement, works across all EVM chains, and significantly reduces gas, with the potential to eliminate the need for inline assembly.

ZKsync is a Layer-2 scaling solution that makes transactions on Ethereum cheaper and faster by utilizing zero-knowledge rollups (zk-rollups) and zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs). ZK is up 33% and is currently trading at $0.0714.
