Russia cleaned up about 100 tons of leaked fuel near the damaged oil tanker.
On December 19th, Jinshi Data News, the local time of the Krasnodar Border Area General Administration of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations on the 18th, said that two Russian oil tankers were in danger and damaged in the Kerch Strait recently. Rescue personnel and volunteers have carried out fuel leakage cleaning work on the nearby coast, and have collected about 100 tons of fuel and cleaned more than 10 kilometers of coastline. On the 15th, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations announced that two Russian oil tankers were in danger and damaged in the Kerch Strait due to strong winds and huge waves. According to satellite monitoring data, about 3000 tons of fuel leaked from the damaged oil tanker.
