Jiangxi's pension adjustment plan has been released

On June 27, Jinshi Data News, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Finance issued a notice on the adjustment of the basic pension for retired personnel in Jiangxi Province in 2024, which will be implemented from January 1, 2024. This adjustment of the basic pension for retired personnel adopts a combination of fixed adjustment, linked adjustment, and appropriate tilt. For fixed adjustment, the basic pension for retired personnel in enterprises and institutions will increase by 26.5 yuan per person per month. For linked adjustment based on the length of payment, those with a payment period of less than 15 years (including 15 years) will increase by 12 yuan per person per month. For those with a payment period of more than 15 years, the adjustment will increase by 0.8 yuan for each full year, and the remaining payment period less than one year will be calculated as one year. For adjustment linked to the level of basic pension, each person will increase by 0.9% of their basic pension in December 2023.
