This means that the SEC NO LONGER considers Ethereum as a security and there will be no lawsuits.

🔥Breaking news: SEC has notified Ethereum development company Consensys that they are investigating whether ETH is a security.
This means that SEC no longer considers Ethereum as a security and there will be no lawsuits involved.
