[BitMine Announces $1 Billion Stock Buyback Plan] BitMine Immersion Technologies today announced that its board of directors has approved a stock buyback plan to repurchase up to $1 billion of the company's outstanding common stock. The company has over $401.4 million in undistributed cash. As of 10:45 PM Eastern Time on July 28, the company held a total of 625,000 ETH tokens, priced at $3,755 per ETH, and a holding of 192 BTC tokens, priced at $118,021 per BTC. As of July 28, the current fully diluted common shares issued are 121,739,533 shares. The combined asset net value of cash and cryptocurrencies (net asset value per share) is $22.76.
